We want to give you an update on our plan of action as it relates to continuing to serve our customers in the current climate of COVID-19. NCI Products is committed to the health and safety of our employees and customers. We continue to follow public health and government agency orders and guidelines during the COVID-19 crisis.
With everyone's safety in mind, we will continue to provide the highest quality of service we can during this difficult time. We continue to restrict the public from entry to our facility. Only employees needed to process orders will be permitted entry.
Please be advised our warehouse staff will continue to ship your orders in a safe and timely fashion. Other employees will be working from home and remain fully available to you by phone and email. Our pick, pack, manufacturing, and ship operations continue as normal and we are not experiencing any interruptions in our supply chain.
As things change surrounding COVID-19 we will provide further updates. Our staff are available during regular business hours, and off hours, someone monitors email.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health organization have each concluded the risk of contracting the coronavirus from mail or packages is low. The CDC said coronaviruses generally spread through respiratory droplets.
"In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packages that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures," the CDC said.
